Brief
Take over the design of a FinTech start up, Credit Simple. Credit Simple shows consumers their credit score and their credit information for free, plus giving them discounted financial offers based on their credit standing.
Challenges
The initial product build was already in progress when I started, so it was quite a challenge to balance go-live timelines with the level of user experience we desired.
Role
Branding & brand management, UX, UI.
Starting with building out the brand, I applied it to the core online product then turned to marketing material. Since it launched in Australia and New Zealand I revisited UX based on consumers' behaviour and added sub products. After I left, Credit Simple was sold to a competitor which closed down in 2025.
